We aim to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy and accept no liability for any errors or omissions. We may change the content or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

Donations
Donations made through this website are processed by our third-party donation provider. The foundation does not process or store your payment card details; these are handled securely by the provider in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.
Where you make a donation eligible for Gift Aid, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and that the donation is your own money. You must provide accurate information when making a donation and when making a Gift Aid declaration.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error has been made in connection with a donation, please contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will consider the matter on its merits.
Any dedication or tribute associated with a donation is a matter between you and the foundation. We will use reasonable efforts to honour dedications as requested but accept no liability beyond the donation itself.
Project enquiries
Submitting a project enquiry does not constitute an agreement to provide funding or support. All enquiries are considered on their merits by the foundation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
